I know these questions may be basic but my office has given me the task to manage all the SharePoint and teams in it.
We currently have a few issues I need to address but I simply don’t really know where to start.
The first problem is that the groups that have been opened through teams have been given a different URL and email address in SharePoint. From a quick websearch, I have realized that there is no way of changing these URLs. Please let me know what is the best option the change them – should I delete and recreate each one of them one by one? Would this be possible with saving the files in them?
The other problem is that I can’t figure out a way to gain access to all of the teams and groups without being a member of them. Is there a way to configure my account as admin and being able to see it all.
Again sorry for the maybe stupid questions but I have never really used office 365 or as an admin before, I am a web developer trying to help with the knowledge I do have and the ability to ask Reddit 🙂
